Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning

Gator Clean uses a Low Moisture cleaning process when performing our work. This Low Moisture cleaning process will leave your carpet spot free and dry in less than an hour. Our extraction process will have your carpet looking like new. It makes short work of pet stains, markers, crayons, nail polish, paint, and other hard to remove substances. We specialize in these types of tough stain removal. We strongly believe that our Low Moisture system is the best way to keep your carpet clean and keep you and your family healthy.

Low Moisture: Less Water.

Traditional steam cleaning uses 30 to 60 gallons of water depending on the size of the home. Our low moisture process uses only 3 to 4 gallons. Less water means no opportunity for mold or mildew from over wetting of carpet padding and subfloor.

Low Moisture: Saves Time.

Now your carpet is ready for use within an hour. And time recovering heat loss in the winter or cold air loss in the summer from doors being ajar due to hoses running throughout your home is reduced.

Low Moisture: No Residue.

If your carpet looks dirty after only a few days, look at your latest cleaning. Cleaners that leave behind sticky detergent residues attract soil to the carpet fibers. The quicker your carpet gets dirty, the more often it has to be cleaned. With Gator Clean, your carpet stays cleaner longer. Gator Clean removes up to 99% of pollutants from your carpets, helping you and your family breathe a little easier.

We often get called to re-clean carpet that has been cleaned and had a stain reappear.  The carpet gets cleaned, looks terrific, and then a few days later, the same stains come back! This can be very frustrating for homeowners, and if your carpet is cleaned correctly, it shouldn't happen.

Or perhaps it could be something else entirely that you can't seem to pinpoint and shove outside. Here you might learn why your house smells, and how you can get rid of that lingering scent and breathe deep in your own home again.
